It will be here before you know it! I have just completed a training run on my F650GS from High Peak to Doune just North of Stirling with a door to door return time of 9.25 hours, distance travelled 524 miles with an average speed of 56.6mph. 2 stops on the way up, stop at Stirling Services, and 2 stops on the way back. The sun has shone all day and the scenery looking out over the Howgills, Beatock and finally the hills to the West of Stirling were all stunning! My aiming average speed for the real run is 52mph so my training run went as expected.
