I wish I had a local dealer, but since Robinsons of Rochdale went bust a few weeks ago, there isn't one I know of.

That'll teach me to live in one of the most densely-populated areas of the country...

You dont really need to test drive the 990SMT - any 2008 990SM will do. The bikes' only major differences are the seat and the shorter front fork travel.

I've had the 990SM since Saturday and I don't want to give it back.

When I first saw the pictures I did think "yuk", but it looks a hell of lot better in the flesh. Still don't think it'll replace the 9fiddy, but impressive though.
