At long last I've managed to lose the few I had left two days ago!
Didn't really consider this worthy of the ride reports as I didn't take many pictures of the trip. Hope you guys don't mind. Lent my AT to my best mate who just sailed single handed from Singapore, past the pirates of the Sulu sea, up to where I live, beauty boat by the way.
We did a 350 km round trip, (100 of which were magnificent, off road), had lunch at a magic little beach resort off the rarely, beaten track and rode back to his boat by nightfall.
Yours truely and my "wee girl".
Blue skies, an occasional puffy white cloud, 30-32 deg. C, great twisties, excellent road condition, zero traffic, the bike is simply awesome.
What has surprised me though, is at an average of 100-120kph (ample for where I live), I'm getting 17-18kms/litre, not that much less than the AT does, 19-20kms/litre.

Anyhow, left the bikes at a safe house near his mooring, dingey out to the boat, quick wash and then were sipping 'G & T's' on his aft deck watching the sun go down by 6:15pm.
It's a hard life if you don't weaken.
