    And checkout the competitors listings 235 bikes entered
    - 125 KTMs
    - 24 Hondas
    - 49 Yamahas
    - Small numbers of other makes - 6 BMWs !!!!

    Absolutely fantastic .

    The Repsol bikes are stunning , wished i could have been allowed there to just watch these guys out havin a play. .


    Anyone know how to copy that to my laptop ?. they only last for a while and thats footage i'd like to keep..

    Dont think the Japanese take it seriously surprised with the beemers though

    Just had a look through
    Brits are a bit thin on the ground
    A couple of yanks and a couple of Germans
    France seems to out number everyone.

    are people staying away after loosing so much last year???

    I think the Dakar may be out of reach of the lone riders because of the cost of shipping spoke to Mike at cardiff motard he is flying out this week with a KTM team. The riders are going to experience a whole different world in the deserts of Patagonia not so much heat but rather high winds rain and ice cant wait for Christmas to be over cause the Dakar will be here

    Yep. If you've got RealPlayer installed it's dead easy. If you hover the cursor over the righthand corner you'll get a tab for 'download this video'. Click on it, and it'll download to your library. It's worked on my cronky old laptop, so should work easy for you.

    And no, orange rims are really NOT a good look...so last season .
