Don't know of anyone who's used them, but they do look good.
Or you could try Chadropovic's(tongue firmly in cheek)

I haven't used them but am probably planning to (unless my son's "find" of pipe bender & exhaust maker almost literally round the corner bears fruit - makes ciustom pipes for Carbon Can Co among others).
Fuel exhaust are a few miles up the road from me and I spent ages chatting to them at the NEC about a system for the Varadero and my Son's Hornet 250. They eventually said if we brought the bikes up they would have a look and as long the link pipes weren't too complicated they would do one for me in stainless at £150 per can, ie £300. Which sounded bloody good to me. They were nice people trying their hardest to be a good company and doing the right thing by their customers. Proof will be in the pudding as they say, but based on meeting them and what other people say and report about them on other forums it should be a safe purchase. I just need the £300 now.![]()
2001 Transalp XLV650. Faithful old friend still chugging away nearly 100,00miles
2007 Varadero XLV1000. Now you're torquing but sadly gone to another forum member. One of the best bikes - period.
Yamaha XT660r - slowly getting it ready for some big adventures
Thanks for your comments, once I’ve paid off Christmas (and the bank loan) I think I’m going to go for a pair, now I have my 950![]()
Here is my cheap (!?!?) solution:
1. Buy a pair of cans off Ebay (In my case Fuel Titanium ovals off a crashed Aprillia Mille RSV - damaged - £65)
2. Speak to Fuel Exhausts about getting the slip-on fittings replaced with the KTM flanged fitting. No deal, 'cos they don't do ovals for the KTM
3. Speak to the nice guys at Quill exhausts, who make up a set of adapters to suit, and supply some new S/S hangers, all for about £100.
4. Fit the cans - reversed side to side to hide the damage - and use for a trail riding tour in Spain. Come back deafened by the noise.
5. Pull the baffles out and find that PO has sawn off the tubes, to make them louder!!
6. Speak to Fuel again, who supply me with a set of baffles £45, making the cans sound just right. Plus I've lost all that heat at the back end of the bike, and shed a few kilos as well.
I suppose the point of the story is that with the adapters from Quill, you should be able to fit just about any old pair of slip on cans you like. Apparently twins tend to blow carbon fibre cans apart, so i would stay away from them, but otherwise you just need two the same, preferably off a bike over 600 cc.
