Oil on my dip stick

Not sure if this is just me, but I have a real problem seeing the oil level on my dip stick on my 950, so I was thinking of spraying it mat black so when the oil is on the dip stick it should look shiny, what do you think.

Re: Oil on my dip stick

It is already. The oil is pretty new, it will probably be easier to see when it gets dirty but that’s not much help at the moment.

Or just get a passing youth to look for you. I believe the minimum wage applies, though.

I sometimes get my children to help me.

Re: Oil on my dip stick

Well I’ve sprayed it mat black and it is easier to see but not the contrast I had hoped for, I guess I’ll have to change that 30watt bulb in the garage after all
