Greenlaning Scotland

I know there are very little green lanes in and around Scotland but does anyone know of any routes like this around the Gasgow area that are OK to ride and that the land owner wont come hunting me.

I've asked this question myself a few times now and there never seems to be an option other than going to the land owner and asking. The law in England is foggy but up here its even worse.
