    Clumber park nottingham

Just wanted to say I went to clumber the other day, midweek so it was empty, and did lots of riding in the grass and on cart tracks
Not hard going or difficult but good fun and a great way to chill out at lunchtime.
Ta performed reasonably if a bit high geared and lumpy just off tickover which i suspect is due to lack of flywheel weight. I don't recall my old XL600 being like that when trailriding.

So if you have a large area of parkland near you with openspaces that are used for picnics etc by daytrippers get down midweek and have some fun.
Pack a sandwich under the seat and if challenged say you were looking for the ideal picnic spot

I used to take my lunch break on the Sussex Downs above Worthing using my little KLR 250 Yamaha. Great fun and very relaxing on a hot Summers day.
