Are we talking about the helmet or or your forehead?

    Could be a bit bloody
3 Africa Twins/280,000 miles. If it's happened to one of mine, it's gonna happen to one of yours.....eventually.

1 Varadero/17,000 miles ridden (of 40,000 miles on the bike), it's all still new to me!

    Re: helmet probs

Get a big spooooooon and use that to squash the polystyrene a bit, worked a treat on my previous Shoei and I'm ready to squoze the new on.

Just a tiny bit at a time, mind!

    Ditto the spoon technique.

Try to pull the liner back and apply the spoon to the polystyrene rather than compress the liner section.
