    Smile Another new one

Hi out there, I'm a new member of the forum, having bought a TA700 two months and 3000 miles ago. What a cracking bike, especially after the bad experience with a bonnie thruxton, 16 months 14000 miles 2 sets of new shiny cases on the engine, paint peeling off the barrels, 8 snapped spokes at different times in the rear wheel and so on.

Really chuffed with the TA, getting between 55 and 60 mpg, dead comfortable for my 6'2" frame. It was an ex-demo that came with all the luggage an 700 careful miles. first service now due in 300 miles.

It's even ok on green lanes if you don't get too carried away and expect it to perform like a 250 traillie.

Hello and welcome to the site. Glad to hear of another satisfied Tranaslp owner.

If you don't yet have photos of your bike, then you'll definitely need to take some! Because, sooner or later, they are going to be asked for.

Anyway, continue enjoying the bike and the forum.

It's not a case of whether we can fix it or not - it's more a case of how fixed would you like it?

Hello and welcome to the forum
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE
