    Thumbs up 600mile service 'Hello'

    Hey ho Honda fans-
Well, this site is quite a find isn't it!
I have my 600mile service in two days from now and have already picked up some very useful hints from this site. Mainly- make sure the dealership where I bought the bike from CHECKS THE VALVE CLEARANCES! (Are we aloud to name and shame dealerships on this site?? (as the amount of things i had to fine tune after my first ride was almost in double figures)).

Anyway, i've had Hondas before so i don't want to state the obvious- but the Xlv7 is definitely the dog's nads!

Coming from sportsbikes i seemed to burnthe 'chickenstrips' off the tires on the first ride- worrying what everyone seem to think about the Bridgestones (especially with winter round the courner). Probably gonna get some top quality replacements for ease of mind. As the Trailwings are only just worn does anyone out there think i'll get a chance of selling them, (ebay or somewhere-such)

A big preemptive Hello and thanks to everyone- This site obviously is gonna come in more than handy!
    Dom

Hello and welcome to the forum.
As for the tyres Deathwings are as named. you might get something for them but .........
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE
