Hello Chums,
I live in Bridgend South Wales and have been biking for a few too many years. My last two bikes were Varaderos, which I toured all over Europe and really enjoyed. I’ve been a subscriber to the Varadero forum ever since and still am. I had an excursion into off road riding a year or two ago aboard a DR350, which I enjoyed but am none to good at. I’ve been lurking here for a bit and see the odd person I recognise.
Currently I run an FJR, which I love to bits as a road bike.
This year with others I did Eastern Europe, which was the best annual tour so far and a great experience. So, what next.
My mate and I got talking a few weeks ago and the subject of Africa came up.
So we decided to do Morocco early next year.
The current state of play is that we now both own an Africa twin each and are scheming and planning. I’ve only done a couple of hundred miles on mine so far but really getting on well with it.
Cheers, S
