    Hi Folks

    Hows things people.

Was just refered to this site from a friend on www.irishbikerforumn.com .
Im a 21 year old male living in Dublin, Ireland. I was driving a Honda Bros up until recently, however was hit by a car and now the Bros is to be wrote off. So Im in the market for a new bike and Im looking at the Africa Twin or the Transalp. Also possibly a BMW GS 650 or Super Tenere.

Have a bit of bike exprience, drove a GT 550 for 6 weeks on the DR course a few years back as well as a bit on the DR 400 on the off-road course. And spent a few days on a bike trip in Vietnam last summer, was a Honda Bonus 125, small but was a bit of fun, amazing trip. Did a little bit of biking in Thailand this summer too. And I have been driving my Bros for a year now.

Hi slaphead and welcome to the forum, there is both an Africa Twin and a Transalp for sale in our "For Sale" section, for a membership fee of a mere £10 you could have full access to it

Only have €3500 max really to spend so don't think a trip over would be worth it?

Hello and welcome to the Asylum.

What with the exchange rate as it is, you might be surprised at what you can get for the money.

I got my own Transalp from R F Linton's up in Ballymena a couple of years ago - when the exchange rate was no where near where it is now.

But, I don't regret a moment of it - love the Transalp.

It's not a case of whether we can fix it or not - it's more a case of how fixed would you like it?

Hello and welcome to the forum.
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE
