    hi all
just bought a 56 plated varadero 125 for my son who will be 17 in jan next year. i guess in the mean time i'll have to take it out a few times just to keep it running you understand.at 40+ i had never thought of taking up biking again but having only riding it home (about 20 miles) i think i may have fallen in love. i can see arguments occuring in the near future over who will get priority use of the bike!!!!!

Hello and welcome to the forum (or Asylum - depending on your inclination ).

From what I've heard about these bikes, your lad won't be getting a look in.

It's not a case of whether we can fix it or not - it's more a case of how fixed would you like it?

Hello and welcome to the forum,.
Your only solution is to buy another bike for your son nearer to his birthday, and carry on playing with your current one.
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE
