Hi,
hewbi here need some info I am off to the South of France in July not sure what to buy for the job Dominator or Transalp??? what is the main difference between them any help would be great.

Hi Johno welcome to the site, can't tell you much about the dominator but I had an 04 Transalp, it was a fantastic bike, great for touring comfortable and reliable. Loved it

As for choice of bikes I do not know much about the dominator but the Transalp is more likely to suit that type of trip better than the dominator.

Hi mate Domi is a single. It will do a tour to France and be great if you are lookin to take the minor roads and off road, the seat wont be great but you could sort that. But you would have the advantage of easier maintenance. The TA is comfier and less stressed then the Dommi and does motorways better. But both great bikes
