    Finished Lurking

Hi all as the title says so heres my intro .

Married two children just short of 48 .

Had my XR250 2000 yr model since last December , my other tool is a ZRX1200 and when I get off that to ride the XR its such a hoot cuz of the weight.

At this moment it is stripped down as I am putting a 280 kit in it . I have the barrel back but am still waiting for x2 inlet valves and a cam chain .

The XR came with USD's Ohlins shock , fat bars and White Brothers exhaust .
Since ownership ( I originaly got this for cheap commuting and fishing) I have fitted trailwings , full plastics , seat cover and graphics , indicators and number plate light road biased gearing presently 14/45.
At the moment I am fitting Wisceo 77mm piston , full clutch , valve stem oil seals and two inlet valves + cam chain .
Still on the wish list are another set of wheels , not that I go too often but a friend who does enduro meets takes me round the offroad routes and the above tyres in good mud are a laugh .

Well thats enough waffleing cheers for the membership and heres a couple of shots .

The day I picked him up

    After a bito tlc

Just ready to be taken on my 1st off road experience

    Sure these belong somewhere

Hello and welcome to the forum.
Nice looking bike you hve there.
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE
