    Hi all from a newbie

Ex GSXR 1000 K5 rider. I have moved over to the supermoto / enduro side and bought an XR650R with Both sets of wheels, brakes, topar yoke, plastics etc etc even a different tank. Am loving the bike and have been viewing the forum on here since i bought it and thought i had better join up now so I can start asking questions. Siezed on saturday. Looks like big end or summat as engine is full of bronze coloured shavings. Anyway will save that for the xr forum.
Hi all and hope to hook up sometime on on of your green lane rideouts

Hello and welcome to the forum.
We can be a helpful lot on here as long as we stay on topic.
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE

Welcome JT, bad news about the bike, but as you've probably found out the XR forum can be a wealth of information

Thanks for the welcome all. Will post about my engine as soon as i have got it apart. Need to make some room in garage first as there is a DRZ and a ZX6R in there. Plus tools and crap all over the place lol
