Just like to say hi,and hope that in the near future to see and talk to a few of you.My ride is a bmw 1100gs which i love to bits but i'm looking around for a second bike for the future don't know what. Just been to france for a long w/end thurs morn/sun-nite 1200 miles.Good laugh, with a couple of mates.Hadn't camped for 40 years, didn't know i still had feelings in some parts of my body,(has the ground got harder because of that g/warming or what?)Safe riding

    Welcome to the forum.
The ground hasn't got harder you have got softer.
If you camp on a regular basis you become used to it.
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE

Hi Llamedos. As a BMW owner expect some friendly ribbing... but there are several such members here. Keep an eye on the Meet-ups and Ride Outs forum - plenty of opportunity for camping weekends.
