Re: Recomended solicitors
If you have no legal expenses cover with your policy then my first suggestion question would be are you or any member of your immediate family, are a member of a trade union, in which case check with them because they probably have a deal with Thompsons, one the biggest personal injury firms, to take your case for you. They take claims outside that too
If not, you could contact the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers who will find one for you (enter your postcode). Ask about experience of RTAs, though most PI lawyers will knwo what they are doing. Do not wander down your high street and walk into the first firm that says solicito. You will get much better support from a specialst PI lawyer, not one who spend most of their time doing household conveyancy and writing wills and only dabbles in the occasional PI case.

Re: Recomended solicitors
As in Wright but with a Sh sound instead of a W.
Well known firm, often mentioned in Geordie parlonce. For example, biker to wife, 'can I go for a weekend away with the lads on the bike? Wife's reply 'Hadaway and Shight'. This implies the husband should make sure is insurances is up to date, or that she is seeking a divorce. Obviously the tone of the reply will give a strong hint at the the meaning, Second example, Newcastle united star player misses a clear shot at goal, supporters may be hear to cry 'hadaway and shight'. This implies they believe a solicitor should examine the players contract to make sure he's playing for the correct team, or is in contravention of the sale of goods act, ie. the player is not a proper footballer but has become a right royal 'Wayne Kerr' impersonator UP THE WORKERS Hinny! |
