Most insurance companies are extremely cheerful and efficient at taking your money.

The real measure of them is when you find yourself in trouble and need to make a claim or get recovered. I've had to do this once, and they were faultless and efficient, so top marks to Carole Nash again.

To add to an even bigger smile to my face, once again, my policy was cheaper this year (by £6) than last year. HOW OFTEN DOES THAT HAPPEN??

So, the five bikes I have on my classic policy rolled in at £271 a year!!!

Money talks in the end, and one day, some suit at a rival insurance company will start to wonder WHY Carole Nash have more paying customers than his own company, and only then will they raise their game.

A shame about some of the comments regarding Bikesure, as they are part of Adrian Flux, who I have my old yanky pickup insured with, and they've always been efficient and had competitive prices.

    Bob,

Just a reminder, that if you need anything, Bikesure or Adrian Flux, just give me a shout. You can PM me and I'll have someone call you back.

Saves your phone bill -> more money -> more petrol -> more smiles!

    Cheers,

    Phil

As I said in an earlier post, I insured my bike with carol Nash, turns out that I didn't, what I actualy did was pay in full for cover that has not yet been aranged and I won't have paperwork from them until the back end of next week that will enable me to tax my bike, they left a message on my answer phone three and a half weeks after I paid alerting me to the issue, not a happy bunny
