Carole Nash Insurance - Top Marks

How's this for brilliant service. And they also sponsored our make a wish Longest Day event.

    This morning.

BMW GS 650, parked overnight outside, scum tried to thieve it, trashed the steering lock and ignition. Rider pig sick.

Bike also had a front disk lock and Chain round the back wheel so they must have been disturbed and left it, or they were so thick they never noticed it.

Unfortunatly the electrics were damaged so the bike would not run. Rider stranded.

Call to Carole Nash, the bikes insurers.

Text back saying recovery on scene in 55 mins.

Further text 52 minutes later saying arrival in three miniutes.

Three minutes later a very helpfull and sympathetic recovery man with van arrives. Welcome support provided.

Bike in van, (carfully secured) rider in van, both transported to BMW dealer who normally looks after the bike.

Recovery firm are called SOS (I think) from Nottingham area.

Thank you Carole Nash and the recovery firm for the hasstle free and efficient service.

I've always had a good experience with their staff too. Not the cheapest but certainly one of the friendliest honest and most efficient I've used. Will use again if they are still in the ball park and hear no different.

Take note Nash if you have someone trolling the forums and web. You are only as good as your staff! don't let success take them for granted.

Just to add to the praises for Carole Nash.

Most insurance companies are extremely cheerful and efficient at taking your money.

The real measure of them is when you find yourself in trouble and need to make a claim or get recovered. I've had to do this once, and they were faultless and efficient, so top marks to Carole Nash again.

To add to an even bigger smile to my face, once again, my policy was cheaper this year (by £6) than last year. HOW OFTEN DOES THAT HAPPEN??

So, the five bikes I have on my classic policy rolled in at £271 a year!!!

Money talks in the end, and one day, some suit at a rival insurance company will start to wonder WHY Carole Nash have more paying customers than his own company, and only then will they raise their game.

A shame about some of the comments regarding Bikesure, as they are part of Adrian Flux, who I have my old yanky pickup insured with, and they've always been efficient and had competitive prices.

I insured with them this year and they seemed so refreshing with their attitude, they even asked if they were sponsoring us again this year.
They were very thorough in explaining the policy and did not seem to be worried if I took out the policy with them or not, they knew they had the best services and allowed me to discover this on my own without pressure.

Re: Carole Nash Insurance - Top Marks

Just re-insured with them again this year. Partly too lazy to shop around and partly happy with their service. To be honest every time i have shopped around it has been like pulling teeth to get the same sort of package and deal with someone I don't know for £20 less. I have used most aspects of my insurance through them at some point and always happy with their performance.

So until they prove otherwise.......they get my vote

Keep up the good work and keep employing nice seemingly well informed people, instead of the moronic screen slave idiots you normally get on the end of the phone with others companies.

Re: Carole Nash Insurance - Top Marks

I have used Carol Nash for 6 or 7 years now because of the breakdown cover that is included with every policy, haven't found any broker who can match on price for insurance and breakdown cover combined.

One thing to beware of is when you get you're renewal quote if you go to the website and get a quote as a new customer they don't charge a brokers fee for new business, so you get it at least £40 cheaper than if you renew an existing policy, .
