Insurance advice needed

Thanks for the varying advice chaps, I contacted the insurance company and they put me through to the legal dept and they took some details,I'm going to send back the 172 (2) notification and see what happens. I'm just supplying the information they have asked for and waiting for a call or a letter from the insurance as probably the best route from the varying bits of advice I see from you guys so we'll see what happens,watch this space as they say.
