Keihin carb issue

Hi all, I spent an hour taking my carbs off, yet again, on my KLE500. All atempts to get the bike running properly have been in vain

So this week I ordered a couple of carb kits off the internet. I was informed by another member of the forum (thanks Lee) that the float needles were problematic. So new needles into both carbs today and the flooding problem seems to be cured! Just in time as I have a punter coming to see it tomorrow!
Just thought be interesting to some who might just buy a Kawasaki at some point and have the same issue with flooding!

Well, the punter came, he saw, and he left a deposit! Picks up the bike next Friday!

Whoohoo! No more Kawasaki!

Got full asking price for it as well!

It's heading up Rickskye's way, the guy's from Balmacara, Kyle. I'm just glad to get shot of it! Next yrs hack will be either Honda or Yamaha! (Ok, maybe a BMW!)
