OK So we had a clear winner in the 24th August.
The problem that is that's one of the two dates we cant make it
So in a vain attempt to find another weekend that suits ALL of us I'll extend the dates out a bit on a new poll in this thread (I can only have 10 options on each poll)
Failing that it goes without saying the 24th wins

I've email the site to see if there are any weekends we need to avoid, They had already told me they don't like taking large group over a bank holiday weekend so the 24th / 27th of Aug is out.
Will post they're reply regarding any other weekends to avoid.

It's always such a problem isn't it, getting a group together at the same time! I don't envy you.
I suggest that you avoid the weekend before the Royal Welsh, the 21st, 22nd of July. Also we get very busy over the Championship Dog Show, the 17th and 18th of August and finally the weekend of the 1st and 2nd of September because the big field is used for the Hundred House Show. Otherwise I think all is good, except, you are correct, we don't take large groups over a bank holiday.
