snot fair, I want to do it too. Not even going to have the splint off by then and I have been told that it's going to be at least another 8 weeks before I am allowed on the bike

I think my brain has started to get my body conditioned to this - last couple of nights , I've been awake at 3:00am. It's braw !! we'll be packing our bikes to leave JOG in daylight if it's a cloudless night. I love this time of year in West of Scotland !!!! Nowhere on earth does a sunset like Scotland in June/July - if you can stay awake long enough to see it !!!!!!
My erse has been in training too - cycling to work 3 days (100 miles) a week for the last 6 weeks or so (since I chucked the Ambulance job, and can leave for work as early as I like now). Life is good playmates. You all stay safe , let's have no "oh ****" stories before we go . Just read this post back to myself - what a load of rambling old pish  . But I'm not going to change it
