Re: Fuel
If everywhere gets restocked during the week and they go on strike next weekend - we should be fine.
failing that, we'll have to organise fuel dumps along the route - Mel might no longer be sweeping - he might be driving an army petrol tanker |

Re: Fuel
Hardly any fuel left in Cornwall, but it's one of the worst affected areas in the country. I still got back OK from Sussex yesterday though.

Re: Fuel
Was listening to the news this evening about the chronic shortages in Cornwall (no fuel in Liskeard).
My thoughts are that we might, if worst came to worst, we might have to double up for the last leg with a few going pillion to spread the fuel more thinly. I'm sure it won't come to it.

(not that anyone would want my fat arse on their pillion Just have to fill up at every opportunity and take it easy if it looks like there might be a shortage. (Can't imagine it will come to that tho, Liskard might have run dry, but not on Saturday, there were only 10% of garages that had run dry by 9am this morning) MX5Ringer |
