    Wowwweeee brings back some memories, i used tio do that A9 every week throughout the winter up until 2 years ago with the truck, was going to Scrabster near Thurso to collect crabs, all very familiar, that hill Berriedale braes with the hairpins at about 12mins20 i think it was, you have never driven that until you have come down it with 40/44 tons of truck crabs and water going south, what yoiu cannot see in the film is it is just about a sheer drop out over the hairpin and a couple of strips of armco will not stop a truck me thinks

    beleive me that camera doesnt do it justice! that rain was unbeleivable, had i not been with phil,tom and johnathan then i don't know how i would have got through that rain...

    the lasses face at the services was brill when i asked for 2 plastic carrier bags, she said what do you want them for? and i said to put over my socks when i change my boots, she just burst out laughing lol...

    I know how you feel about the loan riding thing, I think my stops would have been longer and more frequent
