Just a query, have you sorted where your going to stop and park at Cardiff?

Oh don't you start. We can't even find somewhere suitable to leave from Edinburgh yet. As it will no doubt be used for a photo shoot and publicity, like all the capitals, the place chosen need to be instantly recognisable as being Edinburgh Belfast Dublin Cardiff or London.
Not to difficult then
I wish you luck.
I'm on the Safe House List

There's the entrance in North Road. Quite large and by the time they get there the riders will have split into smaller groups. The main entrance is quite small and difficult to get in and out of.
failing that there are lots of places where you can take a picture with the Millenium Stadium in the background

I was thinking Sophia Gardens actually pops, plenty of parking space especially that time in the morning and you can get piccies of the bikes with the castle in view

Can I vote for parking around the base of the Spire in O'Connell St in Dublin? The whole road is mixed use pedestrians and vehicles but it is plenty wide enough to park 40 bikes without disrupting anyone.
Belfast has got to be Samson and Goliath at Harland & Wolff and an additional 50mins on the end of the trip in London would take in the London Eye where there's room for the bikes on the pavement (but I can ask Lambeth or the local plod if that is felt wise)...![]()
