"Offline" Donations - Adding them to our total

It seems there's a few people generating sponsorship with monies pledged directly to Make A Wish.

Whilst any money raised at all is obviously a good thing, monies paid direct to the charity will not hit our "totaliser". However, these "offline donations" can be added to our total - but only if you let me know.

Anyone receiving such a pledge, or wedge, wait until you have definite confirmation that the money has indeed been paid in, then please drop me a PM with the exact amount and I can add it to our running total...which should boost the coffers nicely

Can we do the same with PDSquires totals on his justgiving webpage and DRLAWS. Add them to the offline section of the main justgiving website. They have their own justgiving webpages set up but it would be good to have the totals in one place so we can keep track?

Cant wait for tomorrows post It's like christmas eve all over again

As theirs are "running totals", ie still receiving ongoing donations, we'll need to wait until their books have closed before adding them to the Official Total.

Just had a cheque through from Allianz (used to be Cornhill Insurance) for £100 made out to Make a Wish so will forward it today. Add that please Robster.

Question Re: "Offline" Donations - Adding them to our total

    Hi Robster,

If you look at post No 143 here you can see the details of another offline donation, made by Jones. Can you please do the honours.

    Cheers
    Ash

    Rob
not sure I had mentionned it but I still have £ 270 pledged but not collected yet from my colleagues at work. Will try to collect the money soon and pay it into the MAW fund.

    Cheers,
