TLD meetup in Edinburgh

Now I'm not doing the whole run so have missed out on all the comms form the committee but I was hoping to catch up with as many of you as possible for a social interaction (beer and coffee) before the event.

I know some of you are staying at Mortonhall campsite and others at the Travellodge in Belford Road and even some at the Hairy Tw&t halls of residence

I'm hoping to meet Craig at Morton hall for afternoon tea but I'm not sure who else will be there.

As for the Friday night. Is there one or more gettogethers planned that I could gatecrash?

It would be good to put some faces to the names.

Last year we had a listing of those taking part and their mobile numbers. This may be what Yvonne & Rob are trying to get to me but if it isn't this would be an idea as I will be travelling up on Friday - staying in the west end travelodge - so I'd like to find people when I get up there. Not sure exactly what time I'm likely to arrive yet

Boris - you saw me travelling up for TLD last year on the M6 in your car. Hope to meet you this time

there are a few of us travelling up from newcastle on the friday we are expecting to get to edinburgh around 1-ish(dont quote me!!!)

as far as i am aware winxp(craig) will be among us but he's still awaiting the green light from his employers so he might arrive a little later that night.

There's a bit of space set aside for us at The Two Bridges Inn, South Queensferry on the evening of Friday 19th June between 6.30pm and 8.30pm. Loads of parking and cracking views of the Forth Road and Rail Bridges, 20 minutes easy ride out of town.

Good work. A well known biking haunt with plenty of parking both in the carpark and on the river front. Good photo opportunities too.

I will be up there from Wednesday morning, so will no doubt be absolutely pi$$ed from lunch time onwards. will be at the nearest pub to the travelodge on friday..........
