Can everyone please ensure they resize pictures to something a bit smaller before posting here. Even although the forum displays a smaller version in the thread you still have to download the full size image before it is displayed making the forum extremely slow.

There is some really good free software out there. For windows users there are a couple of free tools that will do the job for within windows explorer. For microsoft fans we have Resize digital pictures quickly

My favourite is Free Image Resize Software Import organize resize photos- VSO

Wealie has also come up with this gem for Outlook users (Windows or Mac)
