Longest Day Participants Pack

Ok ladies and gents, apologies everything's gone a bit quiet on this lately but its been a busy time and there's been lots to do!

The participants pack is taking shape.

You'll get a selection of stickers including 1x Large Rally Plate Style sticker for your screen personalised with your number, Manufacturer of your chosen steed and country flag of your choice. 2x Small Rally Plate Style stickers, as above but smaller for side panels, topbox or wherever. 1x Number Sticker for your lid or your topbox or wherever. 1x Longest Day Logo sticker and 2x Longest Day Map Stickers.

Numbers will be allocated in the order that people have signed up for the event on the XRV Calendar. This seemed like the fairest way to do it. The eagle eyed amongst you will spot that I am now number 1 due to whoever was above me dropping out! If anyone really feels they have to have that number then I'm happy to auction it off to the highest bidder...all for "charridy" of course

Designs are finalised and non-negotiable! Costs to be advised (on an all or nothing basis ie you cant pick and choose which ones you want).

What I will need from EVERYONE please is a PM stating your chosen Bike Manufacturer Logo (I will source these), chosen Country Flag and your position on the Calendar (and we will check so no cheating!). Also please advise the name you'd like to appear on your T Shirt.

The Participants Decal Pack is currently being priced by the printers so we'll let you know as soon as they get back to us. Obviously these will only be available to those taking part



The T-shirts and Polo Shirts are unisex and priced as follows:

There is a minimum order of 25 for these (either T-shirts AND/OR Polo shirts) so if you want a T-shirt then we have to order at least 25, and if you want a Polo Shirt then again we have to order a minimum of 25.

S - 34-36" chest
M - 38-40" chest
L - 42-44" chest
XL - 46-48" chest
XXL - 50-52" chest
XXXL - 54-56" chest.

Black Heavyweight Cotton 205gm screen printed back and front - £12.50 + P&P

as above but with your name (either forum or real) heat pressed across shoulders - £15.50 + P&P



Polo Shirts

Black Heavyweight Cotton 280gm Embroidered back & front - £20.00 + P&P.



These are cost prices as we figured it being a charity event and those taking part will have a decent financial outlay in participating anyway.

So we are making NO PROFIT from the T-shirts or Polo Shirts - and they are available to anyone who wants them (not just those taking part)

When we had this mini meet in wales i do remember sharrie saying at around3.30am(after a few glases of red wine)that she could run this in less than 24 hours with her new replacement bodypart
