If it feels like the bike swings left and right in quick succession then it sounds like the head bearings are too tight. In extreme circumstances this can make the bike impossible to pull away safely on (yes I've done it once). Loosening them a little may help but they could possibly have been damaged when overtightened and will need replacing.

Have you checked to see if there is a big container of water attached to the bike?

    Sorry

Do you mean the lock nut, the adjusting nut or the nut on top of the fork yoke that tops both of them?

You`ve probably overtightened the head bearings.

However, knackered swinging arm bearings can cause those symptoms too.

    Also,check your wheel alignment.

Reckon it's the headbearings too, seeing as you've adjusted them recently. Try slackening them off a very small amount to see if it makes a difference. I had an FJ1200 which used to weave at only the range of 30-40mph and new headbearings sorted it. Wouldn't hurt to change them anyway, then they'll last you the life of the bike, as you'll grease them properly, whilst Honda just show the bearings a huge tub of grease on the other side of the factory and then don't use any. Teases!

    Wheel bearings?

Seeing as we are on a bearing hunt.... i know when they've been out the bike sort of falls one way or the other rather than turning in gently...
