I was just trying to find a part number using a site I've used previously: Here
which no longer works, as stated on previous posts. I see the microfiches are available in the Tech Data, but not part numbers for the TA. Are these available anywhere?

Sorry Chrish, don't know in the virtual worldbut when the Cork Superbike centre was still open they'd let me pore over the fiches. Maybe your friend in Killarney can help you out?
Someone was looking for steering head bearings - I've got some spurious ones but I thought maybe they wanted the Honda part no. (handy if ordering from D. Silver) Went to look and of course the site has disappeared... I have the Vara 125 on CD, should have downloaded the TA one too
FFergie - I remember the Cork Superbike Centre well, bit of a shock when it closed but that's what happens. Rainman was saying Ross Motorcycles are also on the brink of closing? What's going on?
Ok I was just rising you a bit......but.........
Agreed VRT is a rip off, but you still can't get around paying it. So even if you buy that £5399 alp you still have to add on your VRT whatever you do. How much differnence is there then?
I suppose I do get a little annoyed at the people who just assume that their local old fashioned bike shop isn't competitive and that everything is cheaper off the net. I am buying a few tyres from Germany but I'll still check the local availability and price on them and the other consumables before I click checkout.
By and large the shops and mechanics around Cork do a decent job and are just trying to make a living and it's a shame to see them going out of business.
Yes I agree with you on that.... anyway just back from the mainland where I spent loads of money at the Bike Show.... thinking of ordering the new TA and running it on UK plates that way I wouldn't have to bother with the exorbitant insurance rates over here either....
