hein gericke sizes

Hi all it's me again any advise on sizes hein gericke trousers please! it's impossible to get an answer from them (on line anyway) I think 58 is = to 40 inch how does that equate to xxl ? they seem to be all over the place! I know your thinking 40" that poor AT I may be large even middle aged but I'm damned if I will give in yet.

Hey Moze - nothing wrong with size..............

I have two pairs of HG Tuareg troosers - XXL and XXXL.

Now depending on how many pies I've had, time of year, altitude, etc - I range from a 40 to 42" waist and the HG 58 XXL fit me fine, whereas the XXXL are always too large around the waist.

Whereabouts are you - if you're not too far you're more than welcome to pop over and try them..........s'ppose it depends where your nearest HG store is.

I'm also 42" waist, but with rugby player thighs, I use XXXL

What about the inseam?
Is ti too much to ask you for a measuerement?

in my experience dont bother looking at the size, only use it for a rough guide and keep trying stuff on till you find the right one for you.
ive got three HG jackets, the XXL made in vietnam is actually bigger than the two XXXLs, one made in cambodia the other in the philipines. and i can comfortably wear jeans under my XXL trousers.
im not complaining, in fact i think HG kit is very good in general, but dont be dissappointed or upset if you have to go bigger than you thought, it doesnt mean you are a big fat git. or maybe you are, i dont know you. i know i certainly am

and hey, it works the other way too, you could tell your mrs you had to go DOWN a size, yeah
