    engine bars

    hi all, merry christmas, happy new year and all that,

    i got some pennies from santa and i want some engine/crash bars for my '07 varadero.
    who makes them and who does the best looking, easiest to fit and strongest?

    ive had a look around, they seem to be SW motech, that look a bit flimsy, H+B look the best, givi dont look so hot but look the strongest.

    anyone got any advice?

    Hi.I used these http://shop.wemoto.com/pictures.dyn?...7qqq5828313and there OK! I have dropped my @ several times and nothing bent including the engine and sump mountings. would reccomend them.Si...

    yes they are the sw-motech bars, they dont have much support on the varadero

    I think Stanbloke has the Givis on his 07 Vara....ask him how they hold up, he's "tested" them a few times already!

    As a general aside, Hepco & Becker stuff is very well made so you'd preobably not go very far wrong with them if you chose to go down that route.
