    Question luggage hooks

    anyone know where i can get these http://shop.2wheelsonly.co.uk/luggage-hooks-1683-p.asp
    over the counter? WITHOUT paying £4.50 for a pair, theyre only a bit of plastic! HG do them but i had to order them last time and they took ages to get here

    any good hardwarestore, cost pence try FWB Techfast ( may not need techfast on the web address)

    what about using s/s eye bolts - ive mounted 4 to my top box with silicone around the thread - and i am able to use bungees without any probs....

    that would be very neat except i would have to use very big unsightly eyebolts, my bungees are adjustable with big plastic hooks! theres no pleasing some folk, i know....

    i know they fit these plastic rings perfectly but like a fool i sold my triumph without taking the set i had off, and now im struggling to find em again they seem to have doubled in price.

    The same ones as you gave as an example are available here by Hein Gericke, but not online, in the catalogue they are priced at €4,95 the pair, advertised as numberplate bungee rings, if you want I can send some over.

    maybe I should read your post properly, and not make an arse of myself, its no cheaper and will take the same amount of time.Sorry
