    Givi spares.

I have just got some Givi pannier frames for my @. On each frame there are 4 little rubber plugs that stop the panniers rattling against the frames and they have perished. I have stripped the old paint and rust off and they are going to powder coating tomorrow. Just wondered if Givi do spares so that i can replace them.

Not sure if the bits you're after are here:

but if not, if you drop them a line they might be able to get hold of them for you. I haven't bought anything from this website myself, so can't recommend them first hand. Was just in my bookmarks incase I need any bits in the future for mine (if you try some google searches you might be able to find other suppliers as well, or perhaps try dropping givi a line themselves if you can't find the exact part you're looking for - they appear to sell spares still even for the older model stuff from what I can tell).

Hi Samben if you are near to a Hein Gericke store you will be able to order them there. Are they the Dome Head shaped plugs that fit in the Pannier Rails.I had to get some as someone has Stolen a couple from each side of my bike at the same Motorcycle race meeting two years in a row .You will get a packet of four or six for less than a fiver.Francis

Thanks guys. Ordered 8 this afternoon £1.51 each. I nearly choked when he said " that will be £12.08 please" for 8 tiny bits of rubber. Pannier frames will be back from powder coating tomorrow so i might aswell do the job right. As for people nicking them i think a spot of super glue on each one as it goes in.

At the risk of a hijack - what are you paying for the powder coating?

I'm researching it in preparation for getting a load of bits for the bike and discovery done.........

    Cheers
