    Exclamation Exhaust Hole ??????

Before we set off on the North West rideout on Sunday I noticed my exhaust was blowing gases out by the bracket so I tightend it up and off we went, no problem.

Cleaning the bike last night I noticed it was still blowing, on closer inspection it was not the bracket but a hole in the pipe.

    What do I do ?????

I have Honda panniers, Is there a after market can that can fit with these ?

Thanks in advance af any help.

    Cheers

There is nothing to do - the hole is meant to be there. it's a drain hole.

It's not a case of whether we can fix it or not - it's more a case of how fixed would you like it?

Yep, it does have a certain suspicious roundness to it, doesn't it??

I only found mine one cold day whilst the bike was sitting idling on the sidestand - little trail of "mist" from the bottom of the exhaust.

That is exactly what I saw on the cold wet miserable early start on Sunday, which turned out a fantastic sunny day and a great rideout.
