Relocating rads?

Just been looking at pics of the Husky SMQ concept and I understand they have located the rad above the headlight, which seems like a good idea in terms of keeping it out of harms way.

How would one swap the standard two rads for one higher mounted rad? Is there some sort of formula for how big a single rad should be if replacing two smaller or is it just a case of adding the areas together. Obviously longer hoses... any other considerations??

At this time of year it would be quite nice if the radiators could be mounted near the hand grips!
