    Hi all.
Ok, i have now completed a welded repair [and re-machined the seal races] so these can now be done.
Only drawback is that it adds £30.00 per caliper for weld + re-machine.

Still sounds like a better option than buying new.

I've told Nick to press ahead with mine, then a second set can go off too.

I now have some calipers done for examples which can be seen in my album.
I dont know which models they fit but you guys know what your looking at.
I can also rebuild pretty much any other caliper to your requirements. Please note i can only rebuild what you send me and take full photo's of each job.
Also able to offer bead blasting and powder coating, zinc and nickel plating, fork rebuilds, bespoke brake hose manufacturing etc.
    Please pm with your requirements.

They look superb. As soon as mine need a rebuild I know where they're going

Can I safely assume those are the RD04 callipers? Can somebody post an RD07 front calliper please as I believe the shape is slightly different.

Unfortunately I sent off what I am convinced were two RD04 callipers and got back only one, and one slightly different one. And I have no hanger for it.

I did not take photos before I sent them so am stuck with that I have. If it is and RD07 calliper then I can buy and RD07 hanger.

they are RD07 ie only one caliper pin. the rd04 has two. so the pad's are different.

surely you would have noticed if they were different before you sent them.

if you need i'll go and take picks of 04 + 07 calipers
