Glue Question

I've got Scorpion cans on my 99vara and the decals were a sort of padded sticker which unfortunately decided to start peeling away at the top and bottom.

emailed scorpion asking where I could get hold off some replacements and they've just posted me some spares for nowt.....very nice of them.

Problem is though, the cans are oval and the stickers are flat, they've gone on in the right position but there's still a tiny gap at the top and bottom where they aren't quite flush fitting to the can.

Does anyone on here know of a glue/adhesive that i can get hold of that'll tolerate the heat generated by the cans, so i can attach them a bit more securely?

Same thing happened to my cans on a previous bike. Scorpion sent me new stickers too.

As for the glue question I would try some double sided tape.
