    Decent Winter Gloves

Going to the bike show in London this Friday. Just looking for some suggestions for good winter gloves. Looking to get a decent deal at the show. Saw the 2 finger mitten type things in the Hein Gericke store in Edinburgh the other day and they seemed pretty decent for £60 or so. Bear in mind I've got to ride back up to Perth from North Yorkshire on Sunday so need something warm.
    Cheers

I have a pair of Held winter gloves, they are brilliant. Not the cheapest, but superb build quality, i expect to use them for many years yet.

    Maybe they might be available?

Great glove, add a pair of silk gloves for extra warmth, without the bulk.

Yep, I have some of these and they're nice & warm, even at around freezing and without heated grips! However, I've stopped using 'em 'cos I can't fit a V-wipe over the double size finger....the V-wipe is, to me anyway, essential for winter to regularly wipe muddy/salty spray etc. off the visor. So I've gone back to normal gloves with a V-wipe and heated grips. I also buy winter gloves a size too big, i.e. with longer fingers, to ensure an insulating air pocket between fingertip and glove.

I've got a pair of the Held two finger gloves and would recommend them, paid £30 from www.GetGeared.co.uk

I have used these gloves for years now and have just got a new pair, in my opinion there is nothing else that comes close to them, add a pair of thermal liners and even the coldest day is bearable, I used mine over the new year and one morning it was -9c and I never felt any cold at all for 45mins even after that it was still ok

Always found these good. They do what they say on the tin. Now on the third pair.

Likewise - got them over the new year just gone - not much trouble now ith numb index fingers.
The 2 finger arrangements takes a little getting used to and the thumbs are not 'rouched' (if that's the right word, sounds right, not sure on the spelling) so need breaking in to make them comforatble
