These studs are M6 if I remember correctly. If you have got enough thread to do the two nuts trick then great. Before you do it, repeatedly soak the stud with Plus-Gas. If it doesn't feel like it's going to budge, get a blowtorch on the head around the stud and get some heat into it. Switch off the blowtorch, give a quick spray onto the stud and try again.
Often, the stud will just snap between thee nuts (ooer) and you then need to try something else. I've seen nuts welded to studs to get them out. Don't use stud extractors 'cos they are bad news when (not if) they break off in the stud. If it absolutely refuses to budge, drilling it out is the final option.
