I am looking for a new set of gloves to take me through summer / Autumn, considering Spada for the winter as they were ride recommended for under £60.
Any hows Spring / Summer / Autumn gloves any recommendations

Ive got the Tour x-trafit gloves from Hein Gericke (UK) Ltd. They are probably more 2 seasons (spring / Autumn) and they can get a bit hot on the few really sunny days we have and for journeys over an hour or so in winter they get a little chilly.
They are fully waterproof though and have never let a drop in.

I have only used Alpine Stars Air Carbon gloves for the past 5/6 years.Great feel,Carbon knuckles, air vents in the fingers.Clutch finger wears eventually but thats all ! (1200/1500hrs of riding) not so bad really, that's around 6/7 months of full time day riding 50% in the city.I even use them all winter with bar muffs.45/49 quid.![]()
I've got two pairs of summer gloves. The BMW GS gloves (of course) and I've just bought a pair of Kushatani race gloves at a really silly price. The BM gloves are good well ventilated and comfortable. The Kushatani ones are really comfortable, cool although not as ventilated as the others and they have a longer cuff.
Have a look in a Ride magazine at the equipment they've tested there's loads in there.
Hi
I recently got a pair of Alpinestars Alloy Gloves, been down the local shops and tried on every pair on the rack, I am picky when if comes to gloves.
Salesman produced these, and after getting used to the popper fastener (instead of velcro) they are great..
I would recommend them.
Best to go along to shop and try some, then search online for best price.

Have a look at the Halvarssons range of gloves too... They're not as well known as some of the bigger brands, but they're very well made and for my hands, they fit like a... er... glove. I have 2 pairs - the Dino which a race type glove with kangaroo palms - cool in summer but not waterproof, and a winter pair which have now been discontinued - now superceded by the Newman glove, I think.

Hmm... Where shall I go today...?
MOM I checked out the Ride website they only have winter gloves on it at the moment.
Cheers guys that gives me something to go on.
I will be checking out the bike shop but I like the sound of the Alpine stars, coal face test by Sohoeasy over a decent time scale.![]()
