I have heard they work wonders but have not tried them personally.
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE

Millets do a cheap, under a £5er inflatable camping cushion, a couple puffs of air, place under the bum and its like floating on a cloud.

    Cheaper than a Airhawk.

    Re: sore bum solution

For a recent tour of Ireland i bought a Gel pad from Busters for my missus.
Simply clips to edge of seat. About £60 though

Worked a treat, no whingeing from rear at all, money well spent

Been doing it for years - you'll get sweaty nads after a few hours though. Best shorts by far are by 'Endura' get the 8 panel 'Bib-longs' for the cold weather and you'll be laughing............

    Re: sore bum solution

Bought some last month as I was having same problem even after having gel pad fitted, they seem to work well, been over 2 hours in the saddle and no problems. I bought Endura 6 panel, just under £20.00.
