TA 600 Headrace bearings. What type/size?

    I'm not talking part numbers:

I mean what would be the internationally recognised code number and type for 1993 TA 600 Head race bearings?

There are a stack of bearing stockists here and they are cheaper than going Wemoto + P&P or, worse still, buying from Honda.

Mine need replacing, and I want to mitigate the costs as much as possible!!

    Cheers.
Baltic Safehouse, 10 mins from the Tallinn ferry terminal.

1993 TA600, Wheels (front and back), Brakes (50% warped), Engine, Seat, some lights, Smelly and noisy tube at the back, other assorted metal bits, dubious sense of direction.

2007 Ural 2WD, Wheels (front and back and side), Brakes, Relic (Engine), Seats from farmyard machinery, lots of lights, Smelly and noisy tubes at the back that catch everything, other assorted home made metal bits, insatiable rust and petrol addiction.

You can't go to a bearing stockist & pick them up, as Honda, bless 'em have made the inner race about 1mm smaller than an 'off the shelf' bearing.

I guess you could get the headstock machined down but is it worth the hassle.

Honda dealer or bike bearing supplier it is - well that was the case when I came across the same problem on my '95 Alp circa '99

    Why, the little barstewards!

Typical... Surely that isn't in line with fair competition!!!

Then I need to ask around here to see if it works out cheaper than Wemoto including shipping to my remote corner of the world!!
