I know how you feel coming back from Ireland a couple of years ago mine packed up fully loaded with 2up. I got a direct replacement from David Silver on the £-4 week wait for £227. What i save on the shock i used to replace all the suspension linkage bearings, the 3-4 week price is always alot cheaper if you want another direct replacement.

Go for the HagonI had my shock on my Vara replaced with one as well as the front.
Pogressive front and a new rear shock transforms the Varawell worth it

    That looks OK.
Just hope it is up to the job of carrying enough bricks to build a house.
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE
