Le Mans 24 Hour Trip

Off to the Le Mans 24 hour motorcycle endurance race tonite with my RD04 I may have some horsepower problems this weekend as i am going with 2 mates who ride an RC30 and an SP1. Is anybody else going down? if not then i would reccomend it for next year superb bash, The old Bol Dor at Paul Ricard was my favorite. huge ride down on awesome roads, great race on an incredible circuit. Dip in the Med,then home again. My father an ex headmaster came down one year on his bike, i thought he would hate the total mayhem, he loved it and we went down together for the next 11 years.

Le Mans in a TVR Camping is about as spartan as I can handle ... I need my creature comforts like Cooler for my beer and a propper seat.

Now if there's a support vehicle going .....

Interesting route, given that Le Mans is closer to the Surrey than to the Med!

I've been down for the car race before, and the amount of gear that people take is simply staggering. If you've get less than a 12 man tent, full set of furniture, fidge freezer and a sound system you're slumming it. We'd need a least a 7.5 tonner as a support truck.

Anyhoo, been to the Car 24hr, and even though there's way too many wheels involved it's still an awesome weekend.
