    Anyone fancy a gathering next week?

    I'm thinking at a pub, on the 25th, in the evening, say 7pm, just to chew the cud.

    Cant really see the point of a pub meet when everyone will be in vehicles, esp Bikes? soft drinks cost more than Beer . A BBQ might be nice, bring our own soft drinks then. Just an observation .

    The point is that a pub has all the requirements of a meeting place, food, drink, toilets, a garden to sit in.

    The idea is to get together socially and get to know people rather than meet up, 10 minutes of conversation then blasting along not speaking again until the shouted "Goodbye".

    Nice one Cie , if I wasnt on holiday in the souith of france on my bike, I would be there too, The first meet we had in Fleet was great and nice venue, the pub and that was back in feburary...

    Yeah I'm up for it, but means I'll have to stay in work until at least 5pm (not good). Just need a venue. Must be loads of decent pubs around
